The third quarter of 2024 observed interesting trends in the performance of the top NFT games on the Android platform in Africa. According to data from Sensor Tower, these games have shown varying patterns in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

IMVU: Social Chat & Avatar app saw a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, reaching a peak of approximately $1.1K by the end of September. Downloads increased mid-quarter, with weekly numbers climbing to around 3.3K in early August. The app also maintained a robust active user base, peaking at about 11K during the same period.

Highrise: Avatar, Chat & Games experienced a rise in weekly downloads, particularly in late September, with figures reaching around 3.7K. Revenue, however, showed modest fluctuations, peaking at $382 in the last week of September. The app's active users displayed a substantial increase, reaching over 13K by the end of the quarter.

MIR4 had a low but steady increase in active users, reaching a peak of 692 in early September. Despite a slow start, weekly downloads surged to 573 in the first week of September, while revenue saw minor peaks, notably $184 in early September.

Upland - Real Estate Simulator showed a gradual increase in both downloads and active users towards the end of the quarter. Downloads peaked at 806 in late September, while active users climbed to 890 during the same period. Revenue remained relatively low throughout the quarter, with a high of $97 in late September.

Heroes of Mavia demonstrated a consistent decline in active users over the quarter, starting from 12K and ending at 10.8K. Revenue was minimal, with occasional peaks, the highest being $70 in late August.
